Within 24 hours of completing the questionnaire. Most briefs come back faster than that, but we hold the 24-hour ceiling so the picks are considered, not rushed.
What if none of the three options fit?
Reply to the email with what didn't fit and we'll send a revised set within 24 hours. If after the second round nothing fits, we refund the deposit in full.
Is the deposit refundable if I don't purchase?
The deposit is non-refundable in the standard case — it pays for curator time. The exception is if the second round of picks also doesn't fit; then we refund in full.
