We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition. Gifts chosen through the Curator Service have a separate process, explained below.

Yes, with one note. For Curator-Service picks, contact us before shipping the return; we may be able to exchange for a different gift instead. The recipient's privacy is preserved either way.

We pay return shipping for any defect or fulfillment error. For preference-based returns, the customer pays return shipping; we recommend a tracked label.

Refunds process within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned gift. The refund hits the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Yes. Every order includes a handwritten gift note up to 200 characters at no additional charge.
